Indians in Portugal - Advancement of Science and Technology

Dear scientists, academics, experts and industry representatives,
On behalf of the organizing committee, I am delighted to extend a heartfelt invitation to you for the Conference on Indians in Portugal: Advancement of Science and Technology, which will be held on 28 March 2025 at Universidade Lusófona, Lisbon. This year holds a special significance as we commemorating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and Portugal.
Over the past several years, the Indian community in Portugal is contributing a significant role towards the development of scientific and technological research by their dedication, expertise and innovative spirit in various universities and industries in Portugal. The Indian diaspora has become an integral part of Portugal's science and technology research.
Through keynote speeches, oral presentations, poster presentations and interactive sessions, we will search into the shared achievements of both countries and the immense potential for future cooperation.
The outcomes of this conference will provide a roadmap for enhancing cooperation in research and technological innovation between India and Portugal. By fostering closer ties in this domain, we aim to develop joint scientific projects, promote knowledge exchange and encourage cross-border collaborations that will shape the future of both nations.
